What to send us so we can size a system

You do not need all of it. Every item you can give us removes one round of questions and moves the quote closer to a bill of materials.

Building and floors

Building type, number of floors served, number of elevator cabins, and how many entrances, gates or garage doors need control.

Topology

Where the readers go

Inside the cabin, at each landing, at the entrances, or a mix. Tell us whether cabling can reach the cabin — it decides between the cabin subsystem and the landing subsystem.

Retrofit

What is already installed

Elevator controller make, model and year. Existing Wiegand readers and their format, and whether the old panel must stay live during cutover.

Connectivity

Uplink at the site

Is Ethernet available where the master will sit? Is there GSM coverage? For campuses, the distances between the master and each remote gate.

Relays

Outputs to switch

How many doors, gates, lights or call signals, where they sit and what each relay drives. This sets the count of relay modules on the bus.

Management

Who manages access

Roughly how many cards or users, and who will administer them day to day through the AXON web dashboard and mobile app.

Elevator companies

You install and service the lift; we supply the cabin subsystem: an AXON CCU-32 cabin master with 32 relay outputs, one per floor button, and an encrypted URX-Secure reader on RS-485. The decision is made in the cabin, offline. For older cabins we can discuss the PBC-Bridge retrofit path, currently in development.

Administrators and investors

You own or run the building and want tenants on floors they are allowed on and nobody else. We size the AXON ICM-GE master, one AXON Node per floor on encrypted CAN and readers at landings and entrances, all managed from the web dashboard and mobile app.

Integrators

You design and wire the system. We give you bus figures — RS-485 to readers, 250 kbit/s CAN with AES-128 to nodes — relay modules such as RBN-2 and SC-E, the AMS converter for legacy Wiegand readers, and per-board documentation written from the firmware source.

Before you call

Common questions from first enquiries

Do you publish prices?
No. Every AXON quote is per project — floor count, cabin count, entrances, reader positions and uplink change the bill of materials. Send us the details listed above and we return a sized proposal with a price on request. Standard modules ship from local stock in Kosovo, typically within one to two weeks.
Which AXON products can I order today?
The AXON CCU-32 cabin master, the ICM-GE building master, the AXON Node and the RBN-2 and SC-E relay modules are shipping. URX-Secure readers and ICM-LR are in final testing with pilot units on request. ELM-GE, PBC-Bridge, SBT-TRF and SSR-32 are in development; ask about pilot arrangements.

Yes. We are based in Prishtinë and serve Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia directly, and B2B customers across Europe. Tell us the site location in your first message so we can advise on delivery and on-site support options for your project.
